Tasby worked at Valley View High School from March 2007 to November 2009 as an instructional aide working with special education students, said Henry Voros, assistant superintendent of human resources for the Moreno Valley Unified School District.
School district records show Tasby resigned for personal reasons Nov. 17. That followed his arrest Oct. 29 on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute, according to Riverside County Superior Court records.
He pleaded not guilty and the case is pending. A call to Glen Sandler, Tasby’s attorney in the prostitution case, was not immediately returned.

Fetter, 27, of Toledo, was arrested by Toledo police on August 16, 2010 after detectives found a 17-year-old developmentally delayed girl being forced to prostitute herself in Room 26 of the Sunset Motel on Telegraph Road in Toledo. “There are few crimes more appalling than children being held against their will and forced into prostitution,” Dettelbach said. The case is being investigated by the Northwest Ohio Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force (NWOVCACTF).

TOLEDO, Ohio (WUPW) – A 27-year-old Toledo man is behind bars after FBI agents say he was forcing a developmentally delayed teenager to prostitute herself.
Mark A. Fetter is facing two sex trafficking charges and one charge of obstruction.
Federal agents said Fetter was forcing the 17-year-old girl to have sex at the Sunset Motel on Telegraph Road and he was recruiting clients at area bars.
An undercover sting operation brought him in.
A confidential informant told police that she witnessed several men outside of a room waiting their turn to have sex with the girl.

At one point, they have him dancing with a woman who’ll soon be his wife — sexy, slow — and somehow he’s also dancing with the camera. As she melts in his arms, the audience gets caught up in the embrace. Then our antihero returns to his whore, slaughters a pimp and buries a guy alive, and you’re left thinking, “Oh, yeah, there’s that side of him.”
