5 charged in Ypsilanti Township prostitution sting
Five people arrested during a prostitution sting Tuesday on East Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti Township have been charged.
Washtenaw County sheriff’s officials say the sting was conducted in response to business owners’ complaints. The area is notorious for prostitution, police say.

• Percy Lee Frame Jr., 38, charged with prostitution and accosting/soliciting. Held on 10 percent of $10,000 bond.
• Karen Yvonne Austin, 51, charged with prostitution and accosting/soliciting. Held on 10 percent of $10,000 bond.
• Heather Leah Deborde, 34, charged with prostitution and accosting/soliciting. Held on 10 percent of $10,000 bond.
• Melissa Susan Kirk, 23, charged with prostitution and accosting/soliciting. Held on 10 percent of $10,000 bond. • Andrea Kakea Terry, 29, charged with prostitution and accosting/soliciting. Held on 10 percent of $10,000 bond.
