Toledo Escorts: Fetter faces 2 sex trafficking charges

TOLEDO, Ohio (WUPW) – A 27-year-old Toledo man is behind bars after FBI agents say he was forcing a developmentally delayed teenager to prostitute herself.
Mark A. Fetter is facing two sex trafficking charges and one charge of obstruction.
Federal agents said Fetter was forcing the 17-year-old girl to have sex at the Sunset Motel on Telegraph Road and he was recruiting clients at area bars.
An undercover sting operation brought him in.
A confidential informant told police that she witnessed several men outside of a room waiting their turn to have sex with the girl.

“Toledo is a hot spot for human trafficking in large part because of the nexus of the highways,” Tobin said. “We’re certainly pursuing this case in that context that this was a girl being held against her will and forced into prostitution.”
