A criminal complaint was filed today charging Mark A Fetter with sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion; sex trafficking of a juvenile; and obstruction of a sex trafficking investigation, said Steven M Dettelbach, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, and C Frank Figliuzzi, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Cleveland Office. Fetter, 27, of Toledo, was arrested by Toledo police on August 16, 2010 after detectives found a 17-year-old developmentally delayed girl being forced to prostitute herself in Room 26 of the Sunset Motel on Telegraph Road in Toledo. “There are few crimes more appalling than children being held against their will and forced into prostitution,” Dettelbach said. The case is being investigated by the Northwest Ohio Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force (NWOVCACTF).
